After a busy few weeks dissecting and formatting the data collected from our recent survey, we are pleased to announce that our 15th edition of the Arras People Project Management Benchmark Report (PMBR) is now ready to share.
As ever the greatest thanks go to all those practitioners who took the time to complete our survey, because without their input we would not be able to create these reports.
The 2020 PMBR builds on the body of work that Arras People have been creating over the last 18 years, bringing fresh insights and agnostic views about the project management domain both here in the UK and beyond. In this edition we look back at what happened to PM practitioners during 2019 and have a peek forward into 2020 as we explore what may be coming our way.
The report includes topics such as:
- Sex, Gender & Equality
- 2019 Remuneration for Employees and Freelancers
- 2020 Remuneration Expectations
- Off-Payroll Workers (IR35) Impact on UK Freelancers
- Working Lives
- Practitioner Confidence
As the UK embarks on a new journey into the post BREXIT world, having finally secured a release from the EU on the 31st January 2020; practitioners suggest that once again they will face numerous challenges, but happily they appear confident in their ability to deliver given the right support, tools, and environment.
