It’s that time of year again when we ask for your time to help us put together the latest Project Management Benchmark Report. We know many of you look forward to reading through the report too so hopefully you’ll be able to give us your input again this year.
It’s now the 13th year of doing this and as many of you know:
Whilst there may be other reports available, The Project Management Benchmark Report is unique in that it has no underlying agenda to push product, nor is it targeting a single aligned group; something you can clearly see when reading reports from organisations such as PMI, APM and AXELOS. As such it has served as the UK’s lone official declaration of the status of project management in the UK and built a solid reputation amongst practitioners and those serving and using those in the profession.
This year’s Census is also roughly a decade since the start of the recession in 2008 – this year we will be able to provide a great insight into how the project management profession has fared over that time – and to see if working conditions in project management have bounced back or are we still feeling the effects of austerity.
Much has been made about the different world we’re currently working in – agile, digital, VUCA, post-Brexit, call it what you will – all of these are covered in the Census this year.
So if you’re as interested in the project management profession as we are and look forward to reading the unique report each year, take a few minutes out and share your insights with us.
We’re looking forward to bringing the new Project Management Benchmark Report to you in early 2018.
