The PMO Conference 2018

The PMO Conference is back in June this year, now in its fourth year, it’s THE conference for people who work, manage and lead PMO functions.

The conference takes place on the 13th June in London and the full programme plus a new set of PMO Classes make up a three-day PMO fest.

The programme and classes have just been released – there’s an Early Bird Rate and discounts available for taking up a combination of classes and attending the conference.

Here’s an overview of what you can expect to enjoy when you sign up for the summer of PMO event.

Monday 11th and 12th June

PMO Conference ClassesFor th e first time, the PMO Conference is extending the learning opportunities with the introduction of a selection of PMO Classes before the conference itself. With a mix of one and two-day classes, there is something for everyone, whatever level of experience or role you perform in the PMO.

Attendees can choose to spend two days with the leading data storyteller – a really interesting and compelling take on how the PMO can move from data, to information to really getting the points across to senior executives with story.

We also have a two-day class on portfolio level PMOs with the Next Generation PMO. For attendees looking for really valuable behavioural skills insights – the Emotional and Social PMO is a great choice.

There’s also one day classes on Documenting Project Meetings – a must for anyone wanting to develop the meeting minute-taking skill. There’s a day session from leading PMO author Bill Dow, with How to Build, Run and Shut Down a PMO. For PMO practitioners wanting to gain their P3O© certifications in two days, there’s the accreditation days to take part in.
