Purpose

Permanent Programme Director required for our internationally recognised Third Sector client. Reporting to the Senior Director (Law & Policy) you will be responsible for leading on all aspects from initiation to delivery of this challenging and ambitious global transition programme.

Candidates will have demonstrable experience of delivering similar challenging, large organisational change programmes, ideally gained in a global organisation. Though those experiences you will have gained the necessary gravitas, resolve and sensitivity to ensure programmes of this nature are successfully delivered. Comfortable managing direct reports and in a matrix environment you will also possess the advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to operate successfully at the highest levels. This, combined with your intuitive use of the associated soft skills will ensure you also gain the buy-in of those impacted by the change
