Are you looking for an exciting volunteer role? Would you like to build on your administrative skills within one of Marie Curie's leading projects?
Would you like to put your admin skills to good use within a dynamic team? A volunteer is needed to join the central team for the Marie Curie Helper Service, one of UK's most innovative services. The role will involve supporting the project management and admin process, the review of Marie Curie Helper policies and procedures and reviewing current practice.
The volunteer will be working alongside the central team for the Marie Curie Helper service, including the Senior Project Manager and Project Coordinator.
The volunteer will provide support in the review of Marie Curie Helper policies and procedures – reviewing current practice and advising on any amendments / refinements required to ensure adherence to National standards and quality measures.
• Review and amend Marie Curie Helper policies and procedures as directed
• Assist in the project management process by collecting, collating, and producing records, documents and reports needed by funders, project manager, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Consolidate information for project meetings, as requested by the Project Coordinator
• General administration - scheduling meetings and workshops on request
