Purpose

Permanent Project Manager required by our engineering client based in Southampton. Reporting to Director level you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple projects with internal teams, external suppliers and consultants. Projects will have a heavy slant towards engineering and aviation, so candidates with a background in these areas are encouraged to apply.

As an experienced Project Manager, with exposure to areas such as Defence, Aerospace or engineering you will be responsible for the following; development and management of project plans, project resourcing, budget management, identifying and managing inter-dependencies across projects, risk / issue management, managing key stakeholders (customers, 3^rd party suppliers, consultants) and developing / maintaining best practice procedures. There will be an element of travel involved, with likely destinations being Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight.
