Our Process of Review

All registration details received by Arras People are reviewed by a recruiter who will assess your application to register in accordance with the criteria below:

1. Does your level of project experience meet the criteria typically demanded by our clients?
2. Is your CV a well produced, competitively pitched representation of your career?
3. Does your personal profile align to the criteria typically demanded by our clients?

Within 2 working days following your application to register with Arras People we will contact you via e-mail. Our response will fall into three main categories:

1. Your application will be accepted, your CV will be added to our database and will become searchable against existing and new vacancies
2. Your application to register will be rejected as we do not feel your CV is strong enough to enable us represent you as positively as possible in a competitive market. Further advice will be made available.
3. Your application to register will be rejected as we do not feel you have the required level of project experience typically demanded by our clients. Alternatively, your location may be one in which we seldom receive vacancies or your salary expectations may be deemed unachievable.

Arras People realize that our process is unusual in an industry where candidates rarely receive feedback.  Our objective is to encourage you to have realistic expectations as to how likely we are to be able to help you secure your next job. Unfortunately on occasion this may result in disappointment. We are keen to stress the resources available on our website and through our clinic service which are there to help you strengthen your presentation as a candidate and take your next career step with confidence.

Updating your details

As Arras People operate an actively managed database we do not give on-line access that allows you to view / change your details. We ask candidates to re-submit any updated CV’s through this page along with current personal details so that we are able to maintain an up to date profile.

Because Arras People is a specialist project management recruitment business - we only focus on and provide project management professionals. That's why we ask for something special when you register with us.
