Because our approach is pragmatic it does not matter whether the recruitment process takes half a day, a week or more; by applying the same principles we ensure that a quality process is used to deliver the highest calibre candidates to fill your open roles be they permanent, contract, interim or temporary.

  1. Initial Contact – Understanding your basic requirement so we can allocate our best resource.

  2. Job Specification – We review your specification and ensure understanding (if required Arras People can work with you to produce your specification)

  3. Detailed brief - We need and like to fully understand your key drivers, ways of working and organisational ethos etc. so we can relay that to the candidates as your recruitment partner of choice.

  4. Agree timescales and process – by outlining your timescales and preferred interview process; 1st, 2nd, 3rd interviews or assessment centre, we can plan and manage expectations throughout.

  5. Search and selection – We represent your organisation in the marketplace and identify candidates that match your requirements.

  6. One-to-One interview – we undertake an initial screening interview with each candidate on your behalf to save your time and to ensure that all submitted candidates meet the specification and are available in the desired timescale.

  7. Providing the shortlist – each candidate is put forward to you with their CV and an Arras profile which contains relevant personal details and comments relevant to your requirements.

  8. Interview management – whether this be a single interview or a process of multiple interviews, testing or assessment centres, we manage the process to ensure you and the candidate are engaged.

  9. Offers – we are engaged throughout the offer process and undertake the negotiations required to smooth the process of engagement.

  10. Billing / ongoing management – We will invoice for our services as agreed in the contractual arrangements.
