Our Project Support Office Recruitment Process
Ways to contact us:
- Register with us through our project management registration form which also allows you to attach your CV in Word or RTF format. Each registration with us is checked by the PMO recruitment team, acknowledged, and we may need further details from you to complete the registration. Your details are entered into our systems and we begin to include your requirements against new roles. When a project support job / vacancy becomes available which we think closely matches your skills profile and other details provided during the registration, we will contact you to tell you more about it - the role requirements, information about the client organisation, etc. You decide what action you'd like to take when you hear full details.
- Apply for a project support vacancy / job through our project management job board, and we'll acknowledge receipt of your application — this may not be instant has we do not use auto-reply emails. From the information you have provided to us we will be able to make a quick judgement on whether or not you are right for the role.
- This depends, of course, on the detailed information you have given us, but generally the incompatibility will be due to skills gap between your experience and the client's requirements. This information will be provided to you via email.
- Arras People does not keep any of your details on file — you are directed to our project management registration page (if not registered previously) where you are asked to register if you would like us to keep your details. If your skills and experience match what we're looking for, we send you an email asking for a convenient time and date to talk further about the role.
- We'll also ask if you've seen the detailed spec on our website — this will form the basis of our conversation with you. All Arras People asks is that you pick a time when it's convenient to talk and that you're prepared to talk about the role you've applied for. If Arras People and yourself agree this is a suitable opportunity for you and would like your details sending to the client — Arras People completes a cover note to send along with your CV telling the client more about you.
