RADTAC is a specialist in Agile methods. We provide consulting, training and delivery services to organisations seeking to adopt and apply lean and agile practices to deliver faster, cheaper, better solutions. RADTAC has been a leader in Lean and Agile since the late '90s when we pioneered the application of Enterprise Agile across complete IT Departments and entire organisations. Our Pragmatic Agile_^TM framework aims to help organisations transform their software development practices in an evolutionary and pragmatic manner, rather than being revolutionary or prescriptive.
