ChangeQuest is a project and change management training and coaching organisation that perfectly combines the rigour of traditional frameworks and processes with the behavioural issues associated with communication and the management of change.

In addition to helping delegates balance process and people-based skills in their management of project and organisational change, ChangeQuest uses brain-friendly learning concepts and NLP to motivate course delegates, make training enjoyable and accelerating learning.

Skilled facilitation draws out knowledge and understanding, to enable the delegates to experience the ‘Aha’ moments needed before new knowledge can be confidently and effectively applied in the workplace.

About Us

Principal Consultant Ranjit Sidhu is an experienced trainer, facilitator, and project management consultant with over 20 years’ experience gained on global projects spanning Europe, North America and Africa. Her credentials include being an accredited trainer for the Change Management Practitioner qualification; a PRINCE2_^® and Agile Project Management accredited trainer; a coach and certified trainer of NLP; and an Assessor for the APM Practitioner.
