Commercial Resources Framework
The Commercial Resources framework agreement has been transferred from NHS PASA to Buying Solutions and provides an ideal mechanism for organisations throughout the public sector to identify and recruit project management skilled individuals who can be hired on a temporary, interim or contract basis.
They provide skilled programme and project management individuals who have clearly defined objectives and deliverables, specific project skills and competencies and transfer their knowledge to the hiring organisation’s own workforce during the period of the contract.

The Commercial Resources framework agreement can be accessed by either direct call off award or by undertaking further competition.
