Purpose: Due to expanding business my client is looking for a project manager to join its EMEA team as a permanent employee delivering VoIP Solutions to its clients. The position is flexibly based in Germany with travel within Germany and potentially overseas.
As an experienced telecoms Project Manager you will provide the pivotal leadership role in the management and execution of all activities and deliverables related to the delivery of client Projects.
You will provide the end-to-end leadership required through the complete life cycle of the Project and ensure that the Project attains the required critical mass of technical, managerial and organisational integration to ensure success.
You will lead and manage all internal and Partner technical and engineering activities involved to deliver the Project and performs the role of primary delivery contact with the customer.
Principal Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager role includes the following functions:
- Provide overall and end-to-end day-to-day management of the Project
- Deliver Project to Approved Timescale and Quality
- Provide Leadership and Direction for the Project
- Be Prime Delivery Contact with Customer(s), Partners and internal personnel
- Initiate and maintain pro-active follow-up on project activities
- Identify and Maintain Resources to Deliver the Project
- Build, Maintain and Motivate the Virtual Project Team
- Represent Project Needs to Management
- Hold Project Reviews as required
- Coordinate all planning, design, development, deployment & support activities
- Ensure Project costs and revenues are Tracked as Required
- Comply with in-house Project Management Standards.
- Create, own and update Project Plans and Control registers.
- Prepare and issue Management Reports
- Manage Project Issues, Decisions and Risks
- Use Structured Management Methodology

Salary Guide: To 100k (Euro's) depending upon experience

Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience of Project Management
- Prince2 accreditation and knowledge of PMI
- Demonstrable experience in Systems Integration
- Demonstrable experience of multi-customer and multi-vendor management
- Demonstrable experience of international/global Projects
- Demonstrable experience of telecoms sector
- Demonstrable experience of VOIP technology
