Project Manager - Telecoms

Purpose: Permanent project manager with experience in managing telecoms equipment related product lines based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Objective of the role is to manage numerous products through the lifecycle - managing multi functional teams and operating as part of the Product Management team. The Project Manager will be instrumental in establishing a product range (development plan creation), building the products (project implementation - project plan, schedules, resource management, budget management etc), product enhancement programmes and future products (additions to the portfolio)

The products department - converters and receivers - within the telecoms/satellite industry, need an experienced project manager that can provide leadership and strong management across multi functional teams within the organisation. Taking full accountability for project deliveries, the PM will have excellent senior level reporting skills, strong decision making skills, customer management and experience of delivering complex technical products in a high pressure environment

Skills:

• Proven project management experience in complex technical projects - telecoms/ satellite/ communications etc
• Prior experience within product development and product line management would be advantageous
• Solid, robust project management capabilities
• Team leadership experience
