BPO Project Manager
Purpose: We require Prince2 /PMI Certified Project Managers for our client, a global provider of integrated customer management solutions to work out of their Dusseldorf based site with travel.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be responsible for the success of your assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, and have excellent outsourcing experience.
You will be responsible for: the planning and execution of the project; effective client interaction; leadership of your project team; risk and issue management; and, status reporting.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects using the corporate methodology.
The role will involve some travel, both within Germany and potentially EMEA.

Skills:
- Prince 2 or PMI certified
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrable project management experience, preferably in a client-service organization
- Experience of multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of successfully leading and managing teams
- Commercial awareness
- Financial acumen
- A good understanding of Microsoft Project & Office at intermediate level.
- Outsourcing experience
