Bid & Project Coordinator – Professional Services

Purpose: Experienced project coordinator required for a 2 month contract based in Central London. The bid & project management team supports the consultants in the procurement and delivery of projects for clients, to enable the consultants to maximise the value they can provide to the clients.

The team currently consists of 5 individuals who are based in the consultant support area and provides a service to the whole of this large global organisation. The Bid & Project Coordinator will be focused on the bid or project management facet of a project. They will be responsible for the coordination of specific allocated bids or projects. They would coordinate the bid or project activities, communicating within the team, with consultants, clients and other support teams.


Required experience:

  • Worked within a structured project management environment such as Prince2 (foundation certificate an advantage)
  • Knowledge and experience of the bid process – producing tenders etc
  • Project documentation such as managing risk and issue logs, generating reports
  • Organising events, meetings and workshops
  • Research assignments
  • Management of quality review processes
  • This is a temporary role based in Central London requiring an immediate start – the role may roll on beyond 2 months for the right candidate.

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible approach
