Project Manager - Manufacturing Business Systems/IT Alignment
Purpose: Business Systems experienced Project Manager required to provide interface between the IT department and the business functions to deliver high value fit for purpose business solutions – to meet the organisations business objectives.
To succeed in this key role you will have excellent business acumen, clearly understand the challenges businesses face to improve performance and a perspective on how that may be achieved through business process re-engineering and change supported by IT applications and systems.
As an individual you will have strong demonstrable experience of establishing relationships at director level, earning respect and quickly establishing trust and credibility. You will become a conduit between the business functions and the IT department to facilitate the effective delivery of the IT requirements to support the new business process requirements, thus assisting the business to improve its day to day delivery function.

- Demonstrable project management skills
- BPR / BPC experience ideally in a continuous process / IT environment
- Demonstrable experience of leading large mixed teams in a matrix environment
