Construction Project Managers - Retail Facilities
Purpose: Project Managers with experience of acting as the Employers Agent are required to provide a professional Project Management, EA , Contract Administration service to our Client's Major Retailing Customer within an agreed framework to a number of sites throughout England.
Using your project management skills you will be acting as our client's agent, undertaking cost consulting on retail refurbishments.
1 day per week will be spent at the Head Office in London or Manchester with most of the rest of the week spent at various sites with in your allocated regions.
Preferably you are from a construction background and ideally with a retail background, with involvement on multi site projects you will be involved in running a number of projects concurrently and being responsible for the management of those projects.

Additional;
- Must be happy to be involved in a degree of countrywide travelling and staying away
- All Site Travel and Subsistence will be expensed
