Permanent Project Manager required to manage the design, planning and delivery of ‘live’ events for our Promotions client. Reporting to the Project Director you will work with the Account Managers to design events that meet the needs of the wide customer base. Working with creative and production teams, as well as associate performers you will ensure that customer expectations are exceeded in terms of cost, quality and time.

Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of successful delivery within Event or Theatrical management. You will have a thorough understanding of delivery within a creative environment and a desire to promote someone else’s company or product. Above all you will be an effective project manager who has the discipline to get things done in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities including:

  • Attend creative brainstorming sessions and act on the information
  • Microsoft timeline
  • Budget spend updates
  • Provide the best supplier deals for the activity and supply Account Manager with costs
  • Provide rolling working document (including all event information)
  • Insert and update event dates on live schedule
  • Action plan (if it warrants it)
  • Delegate management (if relevant)
  • Floor plans and graphic requirements
  • Event/activity design (including brand protection/display)
  • Event Schedule
  • Regular event meetings/updates
  • Manage client products
  • Post event feedback and reporting
