Project Administrator / Production Co-ordinator (Exhibition Services)
Purpose: Our client, an exhibition and marketing organisation are looking for a project administrator/ production co-ordinator to join their team in this junior role. The successful candidate will be project managing (working with a Project Manager) from initial brief to delivery of goods/services. Working with a team of three other project administrators you will be well supported in the initial stages to make your career a success.
Main functions of the role include;
- Working closely with the Account Handler to understand and interpret client briefs before communicating throughout the organisation to the relevant teams. It's your responsibility to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Attend client meetings as and when with the Account Handler
- Liaise with key members of the team to ensure costings remain accurate and up to date and the correct approval process is followed
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure successful delivery of artwork and design
- Where appropriate attend pre show set ups and onsite meetings at exhibition venues (driving licence essential)
- Ensure project documentation is kept up to date and is in an orderly fashion

Skills:
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard
- 1 year’s experience of working as a Project Co-ordinator within a fast paced, deadline driven department. This experience to include customer servicing and administration
Desirable
- Experience within the event management and/or exhibition industry desirable
- A good understanding of the design & production of exhibition stands, specifically relating to art working, printing and finishing
- Experience of organising and managing the exhibition process
