Benefits Realisation Manager - Education Sector

Purpose: An experienced business Benefits Realisation Manager is needed to join an educational establishment in a permanent role based in Central London. The BRM Manager will be working within the Programme Office function - concentrating solely on the introduction of benefits realisation across the portfolio of programmes and projects.

You will have prior experience of introducing BRM, be consultative in your nature, be able to work effectively with teams to ensure the smooth introduction of this change, be able to coach and assist members and introduce appropriate processes, methods and tools/templates to embed benefits realisation within the programme office, programmes and projects.

An excellent opportunity for any consultative PMO professional who has already gained significant benefits realisation experience and is looking to make a real difference to an organisation. A senior level / leadership role with much emphasis on programme and project management best practice.

Candidates should be aware that the organisation is relocating to the Midlands at the end of 2008.
