PMO Teams

QCDA, the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency, adopted the PMO model of managing programmes and projects. Using the hub and spoke model of PMOs, there were a number of requirements that ranged from PMO Manager to Programme Office Analysts and Project Support. Events Project Co-ordinator

Southwark College, the further education college based in London used Arras People to secure a short term resource supporting learning and development based projects. Events management played a key part of the role - planning and managing key public events, workshops and conferences. Project experienced co-ordinators are a cost effective way of delivering small events based projects for a limited time.
