L3 - ASA & Arras
Delivering efficiently to the role's specifications

"You provided more candidates in a shorter period of time."
L3 - Advanced System Architectures (ASA) is a UK-supplier for complex, real-world requirements, mainly dealing with sensor fusion and tracking systems and communications systems.
ASA works worldwide with a variety of industrial commercial and government agencies, with a varied clientele that includes Europe (BAE Systems Ltd., UK Ministry of Defense) and North America (US Department of Defense, Lockheed Martin), among many others.
ASA was in need of a Project Support Administrator who would report to the Head of the Programme Management Office who could ensure a smooth running of a software development project's monthly reporting cycle.
Open Specifications Create Opening For Arras Recruitment Team
ASA had grown weary of recruiters who held their job specifications and demands in a lower regard. However, fortunes promptly turned when Arras People came on board. Our highly-specialised recruitment consultants sensed that the job opening had the buzzwords to find the candidate ASA was looking for. The position required someone who would be willing to work in a busy project management atmosphere, as multiple project managers and more than 20 ongoing projects were on the boards.
Arras People zeroed in on experienced project support officers and/or co-ordinators that understood the project lifecycle and had firsthand knowledge of the different challenges that each phase of the project presented.
Three For the Money
Arras People's tenacious desire to meet and then exceed the expectations of their clients was on display yet again with the vacancy: Three candidates who met the role's requirements directly were submitted, and later feedback showed the quality of the quantity proved undeniable. '(Arras People) provided more candidates in a shorter period of time,' said one ASA manager who worked closely with Arras People in the recruitment process. The third candidate put forward was just the professional ASA was looking for - and another win for Arras People!
It wasn't just the final result that pleased ASA: Arras People was also cited by the firm as 'Successful in introducing the candidate,' as well as 'taking the time to understand requirements.' All factors serve as a part of the Arras People standard, and they played a key role in finding the best person for the job.
