Kellogg’s came to Arras looking for a quick turnaround on a part time project support position. They had a major HR transformation project underway and needed some part time assistance in terms of project co-ordination and support work.

For the Project Co-ordinator role, Kellogg's needed Arras People to find a candidate with proven experience supporting projects in the Manchester area who was able to work on a part time basis on a tight budget

"Kellogg’s were also looking to move very quickly so I needed to get qualified and shortlisted candidate CV’s o and profiles over to them ASAP to make a mark," he said.

After using our own in-house database and advertising on our project management job board, Gary shortlisted two potential candidates. Both were selected for interview but at this point, as can be the case with the contract market, one candidate pulled out of the shortlist after securing a new role. This left just one candidate – Kellogg’s were happy to interview just one at this stage.
Gary's emphasis on delivering quality candidates made Kellogg's decision that much easier.
"Interview went really well and the candidate was offered the post which was accepted," Gary said. "The candidate was actually overqualified having been a Project Manager previously but due to family commitments a part time role was ideal in the short term.
