Feedback from a Not-for-Profit
Listening and Delivering for Clients
Arras People collaborated closely with a leading learning disability charity in need of change management professionals.
Change to IT Infrastructure Requires Change Professionals
Due to growth in the organisation there was a requirement to implement a more robust IT infrastructure and a number of other change projects at this charity.
Approached by senior management from the charity, Arras People consultant Nicola Thorp was briefed on the changes afoot and the accompanying tight timeframes. Challenges included integrating a stellar project manager with an empathy to working within a charity-based organisation who is comfortable with taking on a large task with tight deadlines.
Personality Goes a Long Way
After clarifying thoroughly with the client what the key requirements were – Nicola set about identifying candidates with a good blend of experience and skills and the all too important personality fit.
From a shortlist of four candidates submitted, three were called to interview. The charity were so impressed with the candidates that they offered two candidates contracts with a view to bolstering their own PM capability as other areas other change had since been identified.
Your Time is Our Time - Used Efficiently!
It goes to show that clients use and trust Arras People because we take the time to understand our clients – recruitment isn't about submitting just any candidates to our clients. We take time to fully understand the requirements and look beyond the skills and experience. We take time to explore the current challenges within businesses and create profiles of the types or candidates who will be able to add value within the organisation.
