Preferred Supplier List
Arras People were initially invited to an open day for potential inclusion onto a ‘preferred supplier list’. Atkins were looking for a large number of Programme Mangers, Principal Consultants, Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators at a number of key ocations across the UK.
Through careful planning Arras initiated one of the largest Project staffing recruitment campaigns undertaken in the UK. By working with the client on the specification and careful positioning of the remuneration package Arras was able to attract and propose appropriate candidates.
Speeding up the recruitment process
Arras People's project management recruitment campaign was carried out on a rolling basis for a period of six months; Atkins were able to drastically reduce the "advertise" to "hire" time for all project management levels of staff across the campaign.
With a project management approach to delivering recruitment services; Arras People initiated, planned and executed the project - including all advertising; microsites, interviews and offer management. Atkins were so confident about Arras People's ability to deliver a high quality shortlist each time - all shortlisted candidates were interviewed straightaway without CV review at line manager stage - drastically cutting down the time in the recruitment process.
