An investment management firm and Arras

Meeting the Client's Needs

Arras People recently worked with a Central London Investment Management organisation that wished to remain anonymous. Due to a number of changes within the business it had been identified that larger premises would need to be sourced and offices moved over with as little disruption to the business as possible. As this news was not in the public domain the role had to be treated as confidential.

Confidentiality is not a problem with Arras People

Due to confidentiality constraints a different approach was taken to sourcing candidates suitable for this role – there was little information about the move which could be shared. So, based on some key criteria ironed out in the initial stages, Arras People's consultant Nicola Caswell-Thorp set about sourcing suitable candidates for the role – gaining "buy in" from the candidates who were "blind" to the client details up until interview.

The solution to the firm's needs was a seasoned Project manager with a wealth of experience managing complex office mores from ground level up was chosen out of a shortlist of three submitted. The Project Manager is not only skilled in the area of complex moves but also has a synergy to the company methods to PM approach, which makes him an ideal candidate.

The Solution Produces Great Results

The client is very pleased with the service Arras and Nicola have provided, as it  was managed sensitively and the process closely aligned to their expectations which were managed from the start.

Arras People have a reputation for meeting clients' needs – on the initial meeting we work hard to understand the true requirements and give honest responses to how we can meet those needs. Setting and meeting expectations are a vital part of our recruitment process and it certainly helped us manage the balancing act of ensuring both our client and candidate's successful outcomes were achieved.

Organisations that need to bring on new project resources whilst remaining anomymous are commonplace; a new product or service, a security sensitive organisation, or just a need to recruit without flooding the market with advertisements. Tapping into Arras People's registered candidate database is an ideal solution - no need for advertisements, we just go straight to the people who are available now to meet your requirements.
