Due to Solvency II coming into play a large client of this organisation commissioned a new financial modeling solution to meet compliance. Installing a new model solution to a large insurance based organisation which has recently merged with other large names within the industry is a complex change programme – the need for both a technically-biased Project Manager with exceptional change experience and experience of working out on a client site in a consultative manner was required.

A senior Project Manager with a good level of experience rolling out technically biased large scale projects within the financial services field was placed and with input from Arras working as consultants along the way ensuring the right person met their business needs over the next two years.
