Project Manager - PFI Building

Purpose: Our client wishes to appoint a Contract Project Manager to manage a key construction phase associated with a multiple building PFI Build Programme. Reporting to the Senior Directors and Accountable bodies you will take day to day control of managing the appointed third parties whilst working with the internal programme team.

You will be an experienced construction Project Manager with a demonstrable track record of managing PFI projects in a Prince 2 environment. You will have a demonstrable experience of managing strategic value / Risk / contracts / legal and excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with internal personnel and suppliers.

Location: Middlesbrough-based

Type: Contract

Salary Guide: Dependant upon experience – Please specify day rate required

Start Date: ASAP Contract - 3 Months initially + Part time commitment to Feb 2007
