As a qualified lawyer or accountant who has worked in a similar corporate development role for at least three years, you will be supporting the Corporate Director driving an important part of their strategy for growth - making acquisitions. Ideally you will be a qualified lawyer or accountant who has worked in a similar corporate development role within another company or in a corporate finance role within an investment bank or accounting firm
