Transition Project Manager – HR
Purpose: Our client, a global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm URGENTLY require a Transition Project Manager to join their team delivering innovative people solutions. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships to ensure effective delivery and sign-off of your allocated project(s) in terms of client satisfaction and commercial viability.
A background in HR solutions would be advantageous but is not mandatory; the key skill is your ability to deliver projects in a structured manner eg Prince in a client facing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively leading your team to deliver maximum value to clients
- Produce specific outcomes relating to the overall programme through planning, budgeting or scheduling activities
- Direct project activities by managing scope, quality, effort, dependencies and risk
- Create working interfaces with other project and organisation groups impacted by project outcomes
- Carry out due diligence activity as required and migrate or transform processes
- Comply with all Health & Safety requirements and promote a safe working environment
Location: Hertfordshire + Client site

Salary Guide: To £45k with flexible benefits package
Start Date: Start – URGENT - ASAP
Skills:
- Extensive Project Management experience (including managing one major change programme)
- Exposure to working with a recognized methodology
- Client-facing experience
- Experience of balancing partnership with optimisation of project business case
- Leadership and direction of client and internal multi-function project team
- Exposure to a service centre environment
- Exposure to process design and / or improvement experience
- Experience of projects involving PeopleSoft / ERP software
