Project and Implementation Manager
Purpose: This is an exciting role with our client in a rapidly expanding Medical Recruitment group of companies. This is a newly created role that would be suitable for a dynamic project manager with system integration experience seeking a challenge. The position is based in London and will require travel to other parts of London and the East of England.
In this role you will be required to oversee the implementation of a new front office (CRM platform) across all group companies where there are currently 200+ employees.
The new system is currently in development stage and requires project management and liaison with all key stakeholders. The client will also be replacing the back office pay & bill system and may require some project management.
The position will be for an initial 6 month fixed term contract and may be extended.
The Project Manager will oversee training & software support alongside a trainer who will develop training material and enhance existing material provided by the vendors.
This role encompasses all areas of software implementation including managing information flow from legacy systems. This is an excellent opportunity to extend your CRM Project Management implementation experience.
Duties Include:
- Project Manage all facets of software integration
- Ensure data transfer across multiple systems
- Manage end use of legacy systems & facilitate change management across departments
- Liaise with all partners to develop system to meet business objectives
- Implement required process’s for staff & vendors to achieve business objectives
This position is for an initial 6 month fixed term contract that may be extended.

Salary Guide: £325 - £350 per day

Skills:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years project management experience in CRM system integration/implementation for end users
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Change Management experience in similar environment advantageous
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to quickly absorb and analyze new information
- Experience in all elements of software integration, managing developers, through to end implementation and training
