Project Managers
Purpose: We require Prince2 /PMI Certified Project Managers for our client, a global provider of integrated customer management solutions to work out of one of their European based sites with travel.
This is an opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with a good IT background preferably with call/contact centre experience to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding business and an ideal environment in which to build your career at one of their various sites throughout Europe.
Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be responsible for the success of your assigned projects through the full project lifecycle, and have excellent outsourcing experience.
You will be responsible for; the planning and execution of the project; effective client interaction; leadership of your project team; risk and issue management; status reporting.
You will be responsible for managing multiple projects using the corporate methodology.
The role will involve some travel, within the country you will be working and potentially EMEA and you will also need to speak and understand the language of the country you will be working in.
We are currently looking for people who are willing to be based in the following countries:
UK, Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Morocco.
Applicants must be eligible to work in their preferred country and have language skills to an acceptable business level.
Skills:
- Preferably Prince 2 or PMI certified
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrable project management experience, preferably in a client-service organization
- Experience of multiple full project lifecycles from business development to final delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience of successfully leading and managing teams
- Commercial awareness
- Financial acumen
- A good understanding of Microsoft Project & Office at intermediate level
- Outsourcing experience
