Customer Service Business Analyst

Purpose: A Business Analyst is required by our client to work within their project team delivering a mixture of customer services related projects; this role is a fixed term contract for 6 months with a possible extension.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join the Business Analysis Team.  The team is playing a central role in the implementation of the Customer Programmes and other strategically important IT based initiatives.

As a business analyst you are likely to have expertise in the areas of

• Business process analysis
• Group facilitation 
• Process improvement techniques
• Requirements Gathering / Capture AS IS TO BE
• Project Management techniques
• Mapping (Visio or similar)

Knowledge of the delivery of services in a Call Centre environment would also be an advantage.

Using your excellent  communication and interpersonal skills you will work closely with the front line service departments to understand their business processes, analyse and agree their requirements and help drive forward the change agenda

Starting salary will be dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications (Business Analysts with varying degrees of experience are encouraged to apply). This is a 6 month fixed term contract with benefits which include the option to join our superannuated pension scheme and flexible working arrangements.
