CRM Project Manager

Temporary Project Manager required for a local authority for a five month contract. The Project Manager should have experience in delivering CRM web based projects and will be responsible for managing the delivery of all elements of the project, including those produced by third party suppliers as well as internal teams.

Tasks include;

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage project development and approach from beginning to end
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
• Identify and manage project dependencies (including dependencies on other projects and initiatives) and the project critical path.
• Manage and report on all project issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor the business case throughout the project life cycle
• Accurately track and report project task, activity, progress and budget and provide all monitoring reports for budget and progress tracking

This temporary role requires an immediate start, based in North West London, for a 5 month duration

Required experience includes:
Good knowledge of project management methods, including identification of tasks and products, estimating resources and timescales, preparing charts and identifying critical paths. Management of risks, including running risk assessments and be familiar with change management principles. Knowledge of the project life cycle for IT projects will be required so that this can be built into project plans

Desired experience includes:
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Supervisory skills, including allocation of tasks, target-setting and monitoring and the ability to motivate diverse teams of internal, external, permanent and temporary staff deployment

Salary Guide: £300/day
