At Lamri we recognise that different practitioners require different training in the same subject. If you take CMMI_^® as an example, a project manager clearly has no need to become a CMMI_^® expert. However, if they understand some concepts then their effectiveness and commitment to a change programme can be dramatically enhanced.

To address this we provide Practice Training, which imparts in-depth knowledge for specialists; and Survival Guides which provide a high level overview aimed at improving the return on investment in a technique or approach across the team. Additionally, we run on-site specialist Executive Workshops to help guide senior executives through the decision making process relating to adopting a specific approach.

Lamri also run a programme of public training courses and have the capability to run on-site training which can be specifically tailored to your organisations requirements.
