More About PRINCE2®

PRINCE2^® is an abbreviated phrase commonly associated with the certification fully-titled "PRojects IN Controlled Environments". Originally developed in the late 1980s as a standard for IT project management (and known then as simply "PRINCE"), more recent incarnations in 1996 and in 2009 allowed PRINCE2^® to open its applicability windows to a larger variety of sectors involved in project management. Monitored by the Office of Government & Commerce (OGC) and the APM Group, PRINCE2^® has earned trust within the industry as the "de facto standard developed and used extensively by the UK government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. It embodies established and proven best practice in project management."

Accreditations are available at Foundation and Practitioner levels
