P3O_^® is an abbreviated phrase commonly associated with the methodology for the three office-related Ps: Portfolios, Programmes and Projects. P3O_^® was introduced in 2008 with the intentions of bringing together in one place a set of principles, processes and techniques to facilitate effective portfolio, programme and project management through enablement, challenge and support structures. The methodology also brings policy makers and development arms closer together.
