Earned Value Management Qualifications (EVM) is a methodology based on project control. This structure process is based on things like planning, cost collection and performance measurement, and initiates and maintains the collaboration of project scope, time and cost objectives, as well as the establishment of a baseline plan for performance measurement. These baselines are routinely called Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs), and include as their three main points defined scope and assumptions; logicial sequence of scheduled activities, and; resources and costs (namely, labour and materials). The qualification is jointly partnered by APMG-International and the Association for Project Management (APM) Earned Value Specific Interest Group.
