Every so often, the consultants and managing directors at Arras People are called upon to present findings from their work in project management recruitment, detailing the inner workings of the industry and well-being of today's burgeoning new profession, Programme and Project Management.

In September 2011, Arras People Project Management Consultant Dr. Michael Hides presented to the Association of Project Management's (APM) Yorkshire branch. His presentation on Interviewing in the Current Project Management Marketplace focused on several areas:

• First impressions in a project management interview setting
