I think this is excellent, and something that all university and tertiary courses should hold regularly for students. This is an essential part of preparing for post-study life and is useful not just at the end of the course but also mid-way – thus allowing gap analysis and additional skills/experience to be gained prior to approaching and entering the job market. Well done Arras!

I totally agree with Edward’s comments. Most people would benefit from this type of input from time-to-time and it would be extremely frustrating to reach the end of the course and find that you missed out on something important – like employability!
