Arras People were initially invited to an open day for potential inclusion onto a ‘preferred supplier list’. The Client was looking for a large number of Programme Mangers, Principal Consultants, Project Managers, Coordinators and Administrators at a number of locations across the UK.
Through careful planning Arras initiated one of the largest Project staffing recruitment campaigns undertaken in the UK. By working with the client on the specification and careful positioning of the remuneration package Arras was able to attract and propose appropriate candidates.
Speeding up the recruitment process
