The Arras People Podcast to date has mainly concerned my reading out some of the articles from the monthly edition of Tipoffs, complete with my tagline “Tipoff time is only a click away.”
Now, the podcast has added some new elements:
- The Sound of Music – Sound engineer Mike Thorpe has generously donated some original compositions that he recorded himself for use by the podcast. For transitions between articles and the avoidance of those awkward pauses, it’s a blessing in disguise.
- Sound levels – With better recording equipment in house and a renewed emphasis on my recording levels, we have the capability now to take my voice up a notch. We’ve re-recorded April, and it has better clarity now with the music involved. May is up now as well.
- A More Open Format – What we’d love to do and have always wanted to do with the Arras People Podcast is give voice to the project management things that our listeners would be interested in.
Whether it’s a specific area of advice, a rundown of what you can expect from a Careers Clinic, or whatever of our expertise that would be good for your ears, please let us know by comments or at our Contact page. We’d love to hear exactly what you think would make for a good podcast.
