Soft Skills Survey – More results on the most important skills

As part of the Arras People Soft Skills Survey we asked participants to rate the relevant importance of the following soft skills – Consistency, Interfacing, Decisive, Structuring, Relationship Builder, Understanding and Communicating.

No participant selected Consistency, in fact the vote was a consistent “zero”!

Way ahead at the top the importance list is Communication with twice as many votes as it nearest rival Understanding


Q2 Please order these soft skills in order of importance:

Communicating 46%
Understanding 24%
Relationship Builder 13%
Structuring 11%
Decisive 4%
Interfacing 2%
Consistency 0%
