I have just been reviewing a number of Job Specifications for Project Managers and Business Analysts for a major phone distributor. One of the nice to haves is experience of using RACI-VS to create a schedule of Products and Artifacts. I have never used RACI as such in a project – I have used a responsibility assignment matrix to understand and communicate who is responsible for what in a project but not to the extent as described in WIKIPEDIA.
I am interested to hear where people have have used these techniques and the results.
