projects and business benefits and animals

November is here and the nights have drawn in and the temperature has finally dropped. We managed to get through trick or treat mostly young kids with parents close by supervising. It looks to me like in our village treat and tricking with the older kids is not cool may be just as well with some of the news I have seen and something called mischief night (October 30th) mostly reported in scally land and looks like more harassment to me, boy am I getting old and boring!

A treat for me, how about that for a link :-) , while researching one of my favourite topics “benefits realisation” for Arras People I came across a site called http://www.whitewhale.co.uk/ dealing with project and change management focused on ensuring IT projects succeed in delivering business benefits. The bonus here is that here is another project related site and company who use the name of a mammal for their company. An interesting trend we now know of 2 camels and now a whale. I’ll have to take a further look at Whitewhale and also do some further connecting on animals and projects and if different types of animals focus on different sectors, i.e. if IT project management is for the mammals is construction is for the birds?
