Project Management Careers Advice with Guardian Careers

The project management marketplace is certainly an interesting one as we head into 2010. I receive many questions from job-seekers everyday;

  • I’m facing redundancy and I want to make sure I’m prepared for my job-hunting
  • I’ve just started looking for a new role and I’m not sure I’m looking in the best places
  • I’ve been out of work for a while and want to get back into a project management role, help!
  • I’ve been looking at moving into a project management role but I have limited experience, what do I need to do?
  • I’m feeling frustrated with my job hunting at the moment, I’m not getting any feedback on applications or interviews
  • I was asked what my preferred salary would be and I’m not sure what to say
  • If I paid for a project management course will this improve my chances of finding a project management job?
  • I’ve been doing some informal project management in my current job and now I want to find a true project management role
