Herting is a certified PMP, CPBA and CPVA, a veteran project professional, as well as the CEO and founder of The Deborah Group. A native of Doylestown, Penna., Deborah’s work draws on her abilities as a result-oriented leader and builder of relationships in helping organisations produce quality project outcomes. According to the back cover of The Power of Interpersonal Skills in Project Management, she intends in this book to give consideration to “the human side of project management….the power of leveraging interpersonal skills will translate to project success for your career and for organizational (sic) results.”
