A special invitation only event is taking place on the 11th November at the really special Scottish members only club – the Caledonian Club, near London’s Hyde Park. The briefing session is focused on the effectiveness of PRINCE2 within an organisation and is aimed at senior management like project sponsors, project and programme directors.
