Last week, I took a stab at analysing the community volunteer performance thus far of Zoe, a Groundwork Volunteer sponsored by Arras People. The aim was to give some analysis of certain ways of the project management world that Zoe was encountering, likely for the first time in her life.
We at Arras People have since expanded on the idea of an analysis of Zoe’s work. Our main page is now offering a summary of the ideas Zoe is exploring and adding the common terminology consistently used within the project management trade.
In the gray print beneath Zoe’s weekly entries starting (chronologically) with Week 3, our Arras People consultants offer detailed analysis of what kind of project management undertakings she is experiencing. Terminology is offered to shore up exactly what the young project volunteer is experiencing in the project management field that week.
In addition, much like the Boss Button feature that sets up viewing of Zoe’s entries chronologically, we’ve added a similar function for Editor Notes entries, titled The Boss’s Notes Buttons. (Memo to Springsteen fans: Yes, we know who the one true ‘Boss‘ is. No, he doesn’t own the nickname.)
So browse our updated Community Volunteer Section, and do so now with a stronger feel for what goes into becoming a productive member of a project management team!
